About Magnolai
Understanding first. Then the build.
We work directly with Australian businesses that want practical AI. No hype, no generic templates, and no extra layers between the problem and the build.
Who you’ll work with
Keiryn Hart is the founder of Magnolai. Before starting Magnolai, Keiryn worked across data science, digital analytics, and experimentation at THE ICONIC and Montu, and built Seene, an AI visibility platform, from the ground up.
That mix of commercial and technical work is why Magnolai starts with understanding. The tools only matter if the people using them know why they are there.
Experience & projects
Where our experience comes from.
Our background crosses data science, analytics, automation, and product design, so we see both the commercial problem and the system needed to solve it.

How decisions get made
A few rules keep the work simple.
New technology is easy to overcomplicate. These principles keep each project grounded in the people, work, and result it is meant to serve.
Understanding before tools
A tool your team doesn’t understand is a subscription, not a system. People come first.
Smallest valuable release
We prove one meaningful workflow before adding complexity, integrations, or scale.
Human in the right loop
Automation handles repetition. People keep judgment, accountability, and the final say.

Tell us what feels repetitive, slow, or uncertain. You don’t need a solution in mind, or even a clear question. That’s what the first conversation is for.
